The dispatcher was rude was told that the wait time is 40 minutes or less a hour and ahalf later i call to see what was going on with the cab the disrespectful dispatcher was nasty and rude no explanation as to why no cab was dispatched since ive been dealing with this company i have never had a pleasant experience so disappointed mekah hodge firstname.lastname@example.org Worse experience ever!!! I was told before that if u wanted your cab to be there at a certain time, then u had to call an hour before. I called for a cab at 7:15 am asking them to have my cab at my house at 8:20 am. There was no problem with taking my request. So my cab came at 8:00 am. I kindly told him that I requested for 8:20 am. He left. 8:20 am comes around and there is no cab. I call u guys back and they tell me that they don't take requests and I should've taken that 8 o'clock cab. When I ask to speak to the supervisor, he "isn't in the office." They say they'll send another cab which could take up to 30 minutes. I'm extremely upset. I needed to have my son at school by a certain time so that he could take his graduation pictures in his WHITE cap and gown. I planned on taking a cab so as to make sure not to soil his cap and gown. Not only did you make him late for his pictures, u made me late for work. I call you guys a lot. You lost a valuable customer. I'll be going with family cab from now on.
